TORNÉ ENGINEERING will direct the Facilities of the New Palace of Justice of La Rioja

TORNÉ ENGINEERING S.L. wins the competition for the tender for the services of "Facilities Management of the New Palace of Justice of La Rioja".

The work includes the construction of the new Palace of Justice of La Rioja, including among its actions the rehabilitation of the main building of the old Military Hospital and the new construction of 4 independent buildings. The New Palace of Justice will have 29,278.04 m2.

The contract budget for the work is 35,319,719.01 €

The work began in December 2012 and is scheduled for completion in January 2015.

TORNÉ ENGINEERING will direct all the facilities of the new palace, as well as the Urbanization and the new roads to be carried out as part of the project.
