applied to Facility Control
Quality is a fundamental goal in the activities of INGENIERIA TORNE S.L.; a commitment shared by the company and the professionals who form part of it, with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction, improving the safety conditions of individuals in all projects and works, and respecting our environmental surroundings.
At INGENIERIA TORNE S.L., we place great importance on the control and commissioning of all the facilities we manage. For this reason, there is significant dedication during the commissioning of various installations. It is a fundamental principle in our company's philosophy to ensure the proper functioning of the installations once they are delivered.
For this reason, the company has various material resources dedicated to the control and supervision of executed installations, such as the following:
- Homologated Sound Level Meter: This will allow us to perform measurements during the construction to control the emission levels of noise-producing equipment.
- Amperometric Clamps: It will enable us to control important aspects of the electrical installation, such as measuring intensities, voltages, equipotential networks, etc., during the execution of the installation and its commissioning.
- Luxometer: For controlling the required lighting levels in each space according to regulations.
- Anemometer: To control the speed and air flows in the HVAC system and ventilation, thus avoiding or correcting air currents that may cause discomfort to the future building users.
- Laser and Tape Measure: for measuring spaces or laying out shafts and technical rooms.
- Thermal Camera: To check, during the construction process, the insulation of the thermal envelope of buildings, thermal bridges in civil works, or installations.
- Network Analyzer: It will allow us to check the quality of the energy supplies of the building to leave the installation in the best possible condition for the client.
- Digital Camera: It will allow us to create continuous photographic documentation that will serve as a future tool for building maintenance.
