it was winner of the Second Prize, the first being void, and selected to carry out the project, among more than 35 candidates and their construction management, of the comprehensive rehabilitation of the headquarters of the National Bank of Warsaw (BGK).

The proposal provides for the comprehensive rehabilitation of the office building of the BGK Headquarters, BANK GOSDODARSTWA KRAJOWEGO. It develops an extensive functional program to be built in several phases and which is compatible with the comprehensive rehabilitation of this historic building located on Aleje Jerozolimskie Street in Warsaw, with an area of ​​more than 19,132 m² and that he survived to World War II.

Each of the construction stages includes reconstruction, conservation, restoration and expansion of the existing space, and integrates the most modern techniques and technologies to satisfy the customer needs. With the proposed actions and within the economic conditions of the tender, the building achieved high energy efficiency, reaching category B+.

The estimated budget of the action is 68,000,000 PLN / 16,450,000 EUR.

A renewable energy system with high energy efficiency has been planned to guarantee environmental sustainability in the building during its operation.

The building design has foreseen the use of the heat energy provided by solar energy based on the bioclimatic design of the building, playing with mechanical systems ventilation.

LATHING ENGINEERING will be in charge of the projects of all the facilities as well as the as his subsequent work direction.
